We wish you luck in finding that special person and we will do our best to bring this about. However, what happens after the meeting is entirely up to you. You will decide what you need to do to verify the information that your prospective date gives to you. Just be careful about providing personal information, and of course, tell a friend.
When you register with Fast Impressions Switzerland, you agree that Fast Impressions Switzerland as well as its agents, associates, servants or employees are not liable for any harm or damage however occurring that is associated with the Fast Impressions Switzerland program. Without limiting the general nature of the foregoing, these include harm or damage that arises because of communication with other people who participate in programs organised by Fast Impressions Switzerland. This includes any emotional upset, discomfort, or distress, or any physical injury to your person, your belongings or your finances.
You agree that Fast Impressions Switzerland is not liable for any injury or damages, however sustained and which are caused as a result of goods and services furnished under the Fast Impressions Switzerland name. This includes goods and services furnished by third parties. It includes damages and injuries caused as a result of the condition of the venue at which a Fast Impressions Switzerland event takes place.
Terms and conditions:
When you book with Fast Impressions Switzerland, you do so on the strict condition that you honour all the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. If you are at all unsure, please do not register for Fast Impressions events. We may change these terms and conditions at any time without notice, but we will place such change on this website as soon as possible.
Fast Impressions Switzerland events are only available for people who are at least 18 years old. When you attend a Fast Impressions Switzerland event, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Please note that many email applications have spam or junk mail blocking facilities. It is your responsibility to ensure that info_at_fastimpressions.ch is added to your address book.
When you come to a Fast Impressions Switzerland event, we may ask you to provide us with proof of identification; this may be a passport, driver's license or credit card. We will, of course, keep confidential all information which you supply to Fast Impressions Switzerland unless you authorise us to disclose the information. We will only release the information for the purpose for which it was collected, or if the law requires that we do so. When you register with Fast Impressions Switzerland, you authorise us to forward your email address and first name to those people with whom you had corresponding "yes" ticks. In other words, with any participant with whom you had a match. We will not forward your email address to anyone else.
Planning a speed dating event is a customised and time-consuming process. We cannot guarantee equal numbers of men and women at each event however we do our very best to try to achieve this. Consequently your place cannot be reserved or confirmed until payment has been received. The price of event tickets may change. We will endeavour to give as much notice as possible but do not guarantee notice and there will be no adjustment for existing purchases.
Our cancellation policy provides that cancellation must be made at least 72 hours before the start of an event. If you cancel more than 72 hours before the start of an event, you will receive a refund subject to a 10chf administration fee for each ticket booked. If you do not attend a Fast Impressions Switzerland event without a written notice you will not receive a refund.
Very occasionally, for reasons outside our control, we may need to change the venue or even cancel an event. If we have to cancel an event we will offer a full refund. However, we cannot consider any other form of compensation. Sometimes, an event may start after the advertised starting time. This may be caused by some people not turning up or arriving late or for some other reason. We are unable to provide a refund if this occurs. If we have to change a venue, we will email you as soon as we can to give you plenty of notice of such a change. The new venue will be of similar standard, and as close as possible to the original venue. However, we do not compensate for a change of venue. Change of venue will be communicated to you at the contact details you have provided. We cannot be held responsible if the contact details provided by you are not correct or if the change.
Fast Impressions Switzerland reserves the right to refuse participation in our events to any individual. If you are refused admission prior to an event that you reserved and paid for, you will be refunded fully with no administration fee charged.
When an event specifies a range of ages, it should be understood that these are guidelines only. We cannot ensure that each participant is aged within the range. We try and provide a minimum of 9 dates and up to a maximum of 12 dates on each occasion, but sometimes this cannot be achieved.
We do not guarantee success to everyone who visits our events. The feedback that we have received shows that participants rate our venues and services as first class and superior to other similar events. Sometimes, we will not satisfy everyone. In the unlikely event that someone is not satisfied, we regret that we are unable to provide a refund.

We do our best and lots of people have told us that we are superior to other like organisations. However, as you know, life does not come with a guarantee, and we cannot guarantee anything more than our absolute dedication to your enjoyment and success. Inevitably there will be problems, and you have to be aware of this, and have to accept that we are not responsible for problems that may arise.
